2000AD The greatest comic in the galaxy. Brought to us by Tharg in the 1977, dutifully assisted by the young upstarts of British comics, John Wagner and Pat Mills, these progs took comics to a new level. Not only did they introduce us to the likes of Judge Dredd, Rogue Trooper, Strontium Dog and ABC Warriors (via Starlord for the latter two), 2000AD also managed to keep its audience into adultdom - something previously unenvisaged by previous Fleetway editors.
